Privacy Policy
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Nudravax Sp. z o.o. acts as the data controller for personal data
processed in connection with our websites, products, and support
channels. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it, how
long we keep it, and the choices available to you. It applies to
visitors, registered users, partners, and job applicants. Our
services are intended for general audiences; if you are under the
age required by your local law to give consent, please use our
services only with a parent or guardian.
2. Data we collect and sources
We collect information that you provide directly (for example,
name, email, account details, support messages, files you submit),
information created during your use of the service (usage logs,
device/browser details, approximate location from IP, settings,
preferences), and information from cookies or similar
technologies. If you contact support or sales, we retain
communication records to resolve your request. Where required, we
ask for your consent before using optional analytics or marketing
technologies.
3. How and why we use data
Personal data is processed to deliver and maintain the service,
provide customer support, personalise features you choose to use,
secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal
obligations, and communicate important updates. Processing is
based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract,
our legitimate interests (for example, service improvement and
security), your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), and
compliance with law. We do not sell personal data. Where we rely
on analytics or A/B testing, results are used in aggregate to
improve reliability and usability.
4. Sharing, transfers, retention, and cookies
We share data with vetted service providers that help us host,
operate, deliver email, process analytics, or provide customer
support—each bound by contractual confidentiality and data
protection obligations. We may disclose data if required by law or
to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service, and in
connection with a corporate transaction (if so, you will be
informed of any material changes). Data may be transferred outside
the EEA using safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We
keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes
described above, then delete or anonymise it according to
documented schedules. Essential cookies enable core functionality;
optional cookies (such as analytics) are used only with your
consent and can be managed through your browser settings and our
preferences tools.
5. Your rights and how to contact us
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or
portability of your personal data, and you may object to
processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies
on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting
prior lawful use. You also have the right to lodge a complaint
with your local supervisory authority, such as the President of
the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO). To exercise
your rights or ask questions, contact us:
